SWR UHF antennas offer a "Travelling Wave" design that eliminates the power dividers and branch feeds that frequently fail. Three series of Clarion antennas are available:
- Medium power: 30 to 60 kw
- Full power: 60 to 120 kw
- High power: 120 to 240 kw
All Clarion antennas are radome enclosed and pressurized for stable performance under adverse weather conditions. Choose from a Clarion model that is available in either side- or top-mount design to meet individual mast requirements.
Through unique manufacturing procedures, the Clarion is customized from a wide variety of standard patterns guaranteeing optimal signal coverage. It is available in either horizontal or elliptical polarization.
Eclipse:
Especially designed for low power (1-30 kw) applications, the Eclipse series features a travelling wave design for reliability and a fiberglass slot cover for stable performance and low windload. Eclipse models are available in a wide variety of radiation patterns.
Traveling Wave Slot:
Especially for horizontally polarized high-band VHF applications, the Travelling Wave Slot combines excellent electrical characteristics with a simple mechanical design. Available in a wide variety of standard patterns.
